Diese jungen Menschen können Brücken and form an intermediary between the cultures. You may not always be treated as problem cases, but must be encouraged in their strengths. In Germany, there have hardly able to compensate for disadvantages linked to social background. Education, particularly in terms of mastering the German language is the decisive factor for the equity. Especially the day care can and must therefore promote integration. The company can not afford to waste the potential of young people with immigrant backgrounds. Dramatic individual stories and high costs for society occur when families and government institutions do not prevent mistakes. The consequences may be that children and young people in social assistance careers or even delinquency flow and integration is prevented.
the purposes of equal opportunities and pedagogical knowledge must be straight because early childhood education and school education not only be free in order to reduce barriers among immigrant families. It must succeed in the future but also to integrate children who are of school age only to Germany in the education process. Younger children must start with good knowledge of German into school life. To this end, after the Liberals introduced the concept of mandatory language assessment at the age of four or five years. "
